This policy covers Result IP Group ("we", "us"), a Ukrainian intellectual property practice, and the website at https://www.resultipgroup.com. It explains what information the site collects, why, and what choices you have.

This is a policy about the website. It does not describe how we handle documents and information you give us as a client — that is governed by the written engagement letter and confidentiality terms agreed at the start of an instruction, and by our professional obligations as registered patent attorneys and advocates.

When you use the contact form or write to us directly, we collect what you choose to submit: your name, email, phone number, country, company, the service you are enquiring about, and any message, application numbers or documents you attach.

We use this only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and — if you instruct us — to open and run the matter. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.

Like most websites, ours may log standard technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring site — through server logs and, if enabled, privacy-respecting analytics. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to keep it working correctly, not to identify individual visitors.

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where a matter proceeds, for the retention period that applies to client files under our professional obligations and Ukrainian law. Enquiries that do not proceed to an engagement are deleted after a reasonable period.
