These terms govern use of the website at https://www.resultipgroup.com, operated by Result IP Group. They do not govern the terms of any client engagement, which are set out separately in a written retainer agreed before we act on a matter.

Content on this site — including service descriptions, procedural timelines, fee estimates and case studies — is general information about Ukrainian intellectual property practice. It is not legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by reading it, browsing the site, or sending an enquiry through the contact form.

Timelines and official fees are stated as of the time of writing and are subject to change by UANIPIO and other authorities. Confirm current figures with us before relying on them.

The matters described under Case Studies are real, drawn from work we have carried out. Details are presented at a level that respects client confidentiality; where a client or counterparty is not named, that reflects our confidentiality obligations rather than the absence of a real matter. Past results do not guarantee a particular outcome in any other matter, including one that appears similar.

You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial reference; reproducing substantial content elsewhere requires our written consent.
