You must enter the Ukrainian national phase within 31 months from the earliest priority date of your PCT application. We recommend starting the process at least 2 months before the deadline to ensure timely filing.

Required documents include: PCT application (translated into Ukrainian), priority document, power of attorney, and applicant details. We handle all document preparation and translation services.

Official fees are set in hryvnia. For a typical claim set with one independent claim they come to roughly UAH 7,700 (about USD 185) — mainly the UAH 6,000 examination fee — plus a USD 100 grant fee. Each independent claim over one adds another UAH 6,000, and there are small surcharges for more than three claims or 150 sheets. Fees are reduced by 90% where all applicants are the inventors and by 80% for non-profits.
